I specialize in helping people manage chronic musculoskeletal issues, such as scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis, arthritis, migraines, eye pain, tension headaches, and hip, leg, back and neck issues. My Sacramento mobile massage services also help relieve pain from plantar fasciitis and pinched nerves, especially the sciatic, peroneal and medial nerves.

Therapeutic Massage
A Therapeutic Massage session heavily focuses on one or two problem areas. After your intake where we discuss the current problem and any injuries, I will help you understand which muscles are at play and explain my gameplan for the session. Then I will combine modalities to provide the best pain relief.
Swedish Style Massage AKA Relaxation Massage
A Relaxation Massage is just as it sounds. I do a head-to-toe massage with light pressure that may put you to sleep or leave you ready for a great nap. This massage is similar to a Swedish Massage, but I also use Deep Tissue and Trigger Point where needed for the ultimate combination of relaxation and pain relief.
Deep Pressure AKA Torture Session
The Torture Session is not really torture, of course, but it is a massage with firm pressure and deep tissue work, similar to a Sports Massage. This service is for my clients who like it to hurt and may even expect to experience some bruising after.
While this service is for the clients who request torture (yes, really), I always warm up the muscles and ease into the pressure.
Hot Stones and Cupping
For improved circulation and inflammation relief, I also offer massage with hot stones or massage with cupping. I am certified to provide these services, but will only add them on when there are no contraindications in your medical history.
Chair Massage or Corporate Massage
My Sacramento-area chair massage service is ideal for employers who want to reward their hardworking employees with a few moments of Zen. Chair massages focus on the shoulders and back and are about 12 minutes long, allowing me to massage five people an hour. I am also available to work private events, such as Pamper Parties.
